The company was formed in 2004 by Simon C Colley with over twenty years experience in the field of Design. Including Hotel Kitchens, Fast Food Outlets, In-Flight Catering Food Halls, Kiosks, Retail Outlets, Farm Shops and Restaurants.
In partnership with Beatrice Lacey-Colley, a Goldsmiths Fine Art Graduate with all round experience in business, design and food.
Together with administrative, technical and CAD support they have developed dependable working relationships with Suppliers and Contractors to facilitate Clients needs.
