Built in the 1880’s, Brixtons Electric Avenue was the first market street to be lit by electricity. It’s always had a thriving market area. It’s the place to go for great food from around the world and has a fine and exciting community of street food stalls, cafes and restaurants.

Healthy Eaters is the inspiration of Stafford Geohagen and offers authentic and nutritious Jamaican food. The facility needed to provide for a busy takeaway trade whilst also offering a quiet seated area downstairs and a bakery display for various breads and Jamaican patties. This was supported by a small production kitchen with Jerk Chicken Chargrill that needed additional overhang on the canopy to capture the smoke from the hot coals.

“We worked with Cooper8 in developing and forming our ideas. Their input was highly valuable, practical and creative. They have recently assisted us in gaining a liquor licence for the restaurant. We look forward to working with them again in the future”
